I have been mentoring others for over 20 years, and in 2015 we started a new mentorship model.  Level UP Mentorship™ is place solely for women to meet, exchange best practices, and solicit advice on their business opportunities and challenges. Guide:  Weekly I will lead this women-focused group as someone who has been there done that.  For those of you who don’t know my story, I have and continue to learn from world change-makers and glean from their experience, education, fails, wins, and investment. By the age of 25, I was running a multi-million dollar company and from there responsible for other lines of business with significantly higher value.  I will inspire, empower, instruct, and challenge mentorship members both individually and collectively.

Plan:  Create your intention beyond beyond business and busyness by connecting personal and professional values to your goals and growth. We will discuss work and personal life in every session. Since both areas of our life flow in and from each other, this is an important conversation to validate, adopt, adapt, or delete in current life and work opportunities. To maximize the experience I will host in-person meetings for the group through the year. I will lead a bi-weekly conference call, open a private Facebook Group, and you have direct email access to me.

Peer Group: This is a big part of the picture. I am limiting this group to a small number of women in leadership roles. To make sure the group has the best possible chemistry, I’m requiring an application of commitment from you (receive upon registration). Success can only be achieved by a group aligned in values, experience, and ‘skin’ in the game. The more equated we are as a group, the more progress we can make individually and as a whole. With that being said, mentorship will not be for everyone. Mentorship will be intensive and selective. Not only am I dedicating a lot of time and energy but so are you. We have to focus where I believe we can help members the most.
