We have had another gift to travel to Glacier National Park this week. As I was sitting near the water’s edge and listening to the tranquil beat of nature, I was at peace; the ability to plan, think, and pray into the future was not a struggle but a free flow of information, ideas, and resources.
The #1 activity successful people do is schedule time into their DAILY schedule to think into their business.

My scheduled time is early in the day before interruptions. This also allows time to know what is important to you, so when someone else’s emergencies arise you are able to prioritize your needs and wants toward success. Basically, no longer allowing other people’s agendas or emergencies derail your agenda toward the success you desire and deserve! Here are some ideas for starters:
- Schedule daily 10 to 60 minutes to think, pray, meditate (take notes)
- Do not ask for permission to take this time; state your purpose and move forward
- You have a gift, you will stand out of the crowd….so claim your CROWN and gift to serve who you are meant to serve
I hear it often: “seriously schedule more time, where am I going to fit it in?” My response is take 30 minutes right now and write down what is most important to you. It is like a magic trick! What you find is at minimum 10 hours a week to put energy back into finding opportunities for your personal and professional success!
Asking for permission is one of the fatal mistakes toward your opportunities in success. Asking for permission is a dream and success KILLER! Once you know your purpose, you make a plan, and behind this is your passion to succeed. “Do not ask for permission, state your purpose and move forward.” Potential2 Manifesto.
Everyone has a unique quality that makes them stand out from the crowd. Western society does not celebrate this. Society covets those in a crowd for safety and it is easier. If I ask you to name one person you would like to strive to be like, do they stand out of a crowd? Do they covet planning time? . . . I am 100% sure if you asked them these questions they would answer “yes” to both.
What are you waiting for? Safety? I can promise you this: you will have professional security when you are always working in and within honest integrity. . . This lends to honest conversations and you have absolutely no doubt at the end of the day you did the right thing for the right reason!
Break away from your normal routine to open up opportunities to the success you desire and deserve!
